The dining options were limited, and service was lacking in some areas. The facilities were well-maintained but lacked shade. Overall, a mixed experience with some positives and negatives.
I found this hotel to be a mixed bag. The rooms had some issues like finding a used q-tip in the garbage can, but on the bright side, my room had a balcony. The lack of English TV channels was a downside for me, though.
The hotel is conveniently located in Mazatlan, right at the beach, offering a charming experience with a few drawbacks. The service is outstanding, but the dining options may not meet every guest's expectations.
